At Mytinyloveboutique, all our clothing is second-hand, carefully selected with lots of love and attention 💛.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

⚠️ All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased from our boutique.

Defects & Issues

We describe and photograph each item as transparently as possible.
However, if you receive an item with a major defect that was not mentioned, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at: mytinyloveboutique@yahoo.com.

To process your request, please provide:

• A clear photo of the defect

• Your order number

If a refund is exceptionally approved, the item must be returned to us at your expense, in the same condition in which you received it (unworn, unused, with tags if applicable).

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items

As all our items are second-hand and sold as described, no exceptions apply.
⚠️ Sale items, promotions, and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Each item is unique and available in only one size and quantity.
